Our flat rate $5 postage for accessories only includes regular, untracked postage in a standard envelope and will take up to 9 business days. Some larger items/orders are shipped through parcel post at no additional cost, at our discretion. 

To track your order, please ensure you upgrade to Registered Post at checkout. If you need the item faster, you can also upgrade to Express Shipping.

Standard items leave our store within 5 business days. Personalised products can take up to 3 weeks, but generally ship within 1-2 weeks. If you are placing a order for a item in presale, please take note of the delivery timeframes. 

You will need to allow an additional 9 business days for your parcel to be delivered, unless you have upgrade to the Express Post option. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.
